We strive for complete client satisfaction through unlimited revisions, reassignments, and rewrites when necessary. Our team is committed to delivering work on time. However, if delivery is delayed due to our fault, and you have attempted to contact us at least three times without resolution, a refund may be processed after verification and supporting documentation are provided.
Refund requests must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe after delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Clients are responsible for noting the refund eligibility period when placing their order.
