By submitting an order, you agree that our services are purchased for your personal or professional use only. All products and services provided by Sinclair Publishers are non-refundable and carry no warranties, whether expressed or implied, unless otherwise stated. Refund

We encourage all clients to read and understand our refund policy before making a purchase. Refunds may be granted only under specific conditions, as outlined below.

Change Of Mind:

• A 100% refund is available if you cancel your order before our team begins work on your project.
• If you change your mind within one hour of payment, you may request a full refund with no penalty.

Incompetent Delivery

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The service or product delivered does not meet the documented requirements or agreed-upon specifications.

We strive for complete client satisfaction through unlimited revisions, reassignments, and rewrites when necessary. In exceptional cases where the final delivery still does not meet the agreed standards, we may offer a partial refund (determined mutually) or provide service credits of equivalent value for future use. Refunds are only considered in cases where the delivered work significantly deviates from the original order requirements.

Late Delivery

Our team is committed to delivering work on time. However, if delivery is delayed due to our fault, and you have attempted to contact us at least three times without resolution, a refund may be processed after verification and supporting documentation are provided.

Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe after delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Clients are responsible for noting the refund eligibility period when placing their order.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or communication.
• Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of writing or design quality that meet the agreed project scope.
• Minor technical issues such as grammatical errors, typos, word count discrepancies, or missing references.

In the case of minor issues, the company may offer partial refunds, discounts, or credit for future services as a goodwill gesture, subject to mutual agreement.
